 Urban Paddock
 The farmers' paddock came to Sydney Showground in July 2011 as part of Annual Conference, and it was not your average food event! It was a unique, progressive experience designed by the Farmers of NSW, featuring Farmers, showcasing outstanding produce, and exclusive to Sydney for one night only. The event featured 14 innovative dishes created by Sydney Showground Executive Chef Tim Browne, using produce from NSW, Australian wool and cotton designer fashion, NSW regional wines, boutique beers and entertainment.
