| One of the showcase events of this Conference is the NSW Farmers’ Association Regional Food Fair which is the official welcome event for the Conference and will be held on Tuesday 20 July in the Badgery Pavilion. The Regional Food Fair is designed to showcase the quality and diversity of produce in NSW and guests will experience unique and innovative dishes from 13 regional hubs. The menu has been designed by Executive Chef, Tim Browne to ensure that the menu features produce from the north, south, east and west of NSW. As a new initiative this year, the NSW Farmers’ Association is inviting the general public to join Delegates for this event. Here is just a sample of some of the dishes on offer:

| The Partners Program for 2010 is going to be an exciting mix of food, flowers and fancy footwork! Lyn Armstrong, the President's wife, would like to extend an invitation to all partners and friends of Annual Conference Delegates to attend the Partners Program for 2010 which again will run for 3 days. After the Official Opening of the 2010 NSW Farmers’ Association Conference, come and meet with the President’s wife Lyn for a coffee and a chance to meet up with some old Conference friends and meet some new ones! At this time we will review the Partners Program for the remainder of the week, enjoy a short introduction to the Annual Conference before being whisked away to a delicious 2 course Lunch at Oliveto Italian Restaurant located on the waterfront at nearby Rhodes. Following lunch you will learn the fundamental techniques and tips and tricks of floristry under the direction of leading Sydney florist, Pearsons. You’ll be inspired as you learn the techniques which you can use again and again in your own home! Professionally trained fl orists will teach you the correct cutting, flower wiring, storing and visual contrast techniques. As a twist you will be creating the centrepieces which will be used for the Annual Conference Gala Dinner Event!
