OPPORTUNITY TO SHOWCASE YOUR PRODUCE AND YOUR REGION!
Expressions of Interest are now open for the supply of produce for the NSW Farmers’ Association 2009 Regional Food Fair. The aim of the Regional Food Fair is to highlight and showcase the quality and diversity of NSW produce and where the produce has been sourced from. This was certainly achieved in 2007 and 2008 with an innovative menu that had Delegates, sponsors, industry and the media impressed.
The Regional Food Fair will feature 15 dishes with the menu designed based on the produce that we can source from Members.
These will be served from individual serving stations on the night. It is important for the Association that if your produce is used that you or a representative from your farm is in attendance at the event.
Please ensure that you consider this when submitting your expression of interest.
If more than 1 producer submits a Form for the supply of produce, factors such as ability to attend the event and produce cost (if applicable) will be considered. As this is a promotional event for the Association, supply of produce contra or at a discounted rate would be greatly appreciated.

If you would like to supply produce for this event to be used in an innovative showcase dish, please complete the Online Expression of Interest Form or return the printable form by fax by 5pm Friday 5 June, 2009. A confirmation will then be sent confirming the final menu, delivery date of produce and final event details.
