Accommodation
It is strongly recommended that Delegates confirm accommodation that is close to the Conference venue in order to maximise your Conference experience and for ease of getting to the venue on a daily basis. Delegates may stay in the city but travelling to the venue from the city by train may require a change of stations. There are now four hotels located within the Sydney Olympic Park precinct including the budget Formule 1 Hotel. A short description of each and applicable group rate is noted below. Accommodation may be booked at any of the hotels listed below and must be booked through the Annual Conference Event Manager to secure the group rates.
Bookings are essential by using the online booking form (Delegates Only) or by faxing back the accommodation booking form you received in your Delegate Information Pack by Friday, 9 July 2010. All rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Credit card details must be included on the Accommodation Booking Form for the accommodation to be confirmed. The final account must be settled directly with the hotel by cash or credit card upon check out. Completed forms must be sent to the Event Manager. Cancellation charges to the total value of your accommodation cost is payable if you cancel inside 14 days prior to your arrival.

Sydney Olympic Park
Overlooking Telstra Stadium and Olympic Boulevard, the Pullman, Novotel and Hotel Ibis are ideally located in the heart of Sydney Olympic Park, just a short stroll from the Conference venue, parklands and wetlands, picnic areas, cafes, restaurants and many more leisure activities. Both the Novotel and Ibis offer visitors a wide choice of dining, such as the contemporary Australian menu at Arena Restaurant and Wine Bar and the themed Homebush Bay Brewery (open from 11:30am until late) with bars, cafe, grill, entertainment and gaming. A range of quick and easy take away options including Gloria Jeans, subway and McDonalds are located directly under the Novotel and the Ibis. The Novotel and the Ibis share the same reception and car parking. Daily charge of $25.00 per car applies to the Novotel Hotel car park limited spaces are available and they cannot be pre-booked. The Formule 1 is located approx a 3 - 5 minute walk from the Pullman, Novotel & Ibis and a 6 - 8 minute walk from the Conference venue.
Pullman Hotel
